Over the years, we have been provided by the so-called free platforms such as Yahoo, Msn and search engines like Google, but if you look deep within their presentation, you will agree with us that the same free internet platforms have become money pipes, by taking advantage of your thirst for the information or online happenings.
Why do they say that it's free to use?
.It creates an unlimited number of users.
It transforms you to a content generator.
Last but not least, it enables them to generate revenue according to your interaction.
Over the years, these businesses make billions of dollars without even thinking of you as a user, who uses the sites frequently.
From now on, you can now trade any content you create online. Therefore we are developing a new tool that will definitely help you to make it possible.
How does it work?
1.First you create a GOoffline account, which have both a search engine and a built-in community. ( the community is ready to be used now)
2.For the moment, you can start generating your content, by creating a blog, a group, video, images, etc.
3.As soon as the search engine features are ready to be used, you will then be able to search for anything just like using Google search engine.
What is the difference between GOoffline and other search engines?
It's simple: GOoffline differ from other search engines for the following simple facts:
. With your GOoffline customized search engine page, you will not only search for anything, but also earn revenue from every click you make on sponsored links listed on the site. (See screenshots..)
. With your GOoffline account, each content you create will be converted as search results and each time anyone query the search, you will get paid when your content is viewed.
. Get a real live statistic of the actual situation in your account, such as searches, clicks, pages viewed, and how much you have earned so far.
How do I get started?
Before the search engine feature and the earning capability are ready to be used, start creating your content by joining the system’s first section, which is the community.
Thanks and take care now

Use these secret strategies to finally reveal your abs
By Bill Hartman, P.T., C.S.C.S., Men's Health
If you can't see your abs, don't assume it's because you're missing out on a magical abdominal exercise or secret supplement. Blame your mindset.
You see, losing belly flab is a boring process. It requires time, hard work, and most important, dedication. Take the right steps every single day, and you'll ultimately carve out your six-pack. But if you stray from your plan even a few times a week — which most men do — you'll probably never see your abs.
The solution: six simple habits, which I teach to my clients to help them strip away their lard for good. Think of these habits as daily goals designed to keep you on the fast track to a fit-looking physique. Individually they're not all that surprising, but together they become a powerful tool.
The effectiveness of this tool is even supported by science. At the University of Iowa, researchers determined that people are more likely to stick with their fat-loss plans when they concentrate on specific actions instead of the desired result. So rather than focusing on abs that show, follow my daily list of nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle strategies for achieving that rippled midsection.
The result: automatic abs.
1. Wake up to water
Imagine not drinking all day at work — no coffee, no water, no diet soda. At the end of an 8-hour shift, you'd be pretty parched. Which is precisely why you should start rehydrating immediately after a full night's slumber. From now on, drink at least 16 ounces of chilledH2Oas soon as you rise in the morning. German scientists recently found that doing this boosts metabolism by 24 percent for 90 minutes afterward. (A smaller amount of water had no effect.) What's more, a previous study determined that muscle cells grow faster when they're well hydrated. A general rule of thumb: Guzzle at least a gallon of water over the course of a day.
2. Eat breakfast every day
A University of Massachusetts study showed that men who skip their morning meal are 4 1/2 times more likely to have bulging bellies than those who don't. So within an hour of waking, have a meal or protein shake with at least 250 calories. British researchers found that breakfast size was inversely related to waist size. That is, the larger the morning meal, the leaner the midsection. But keep the meal's size within reason: A 1,480-calorie smoked-sausage scramble at Denny's is really two breakfasts, so cap your intake at 500 calories. For a quick way to fuel up first thing, I like this recipe: Prepare a package of instant oatmeal and mix in a scoop of whey protein powder and 1/2 cup of blueberries.
3. As you eat, review your goals...
Don't worry, I'm not going all Tony Robbins on you. (I don't have enough teeth.) But it's important that you stay aware of your mission. University of Iowa scientists found that people who monitored their diet and exercise goals most frequently were more likely to achieve them than were goal setters who rarely reviewed their objectives.
4. ...and then pack your lunch
My personal Igloo cooler just celebrated its 19th anniversary. I started carrying it with me every day back in college. Of course, it often housed a six-pack of beer — until I decided to compete in the Purdue bodybuilding championship. (Second place, by the way.) Once I knew I'd have to don a banana hammock in public (the world's best motivator), I began to take the contents of my cooler seriously. And so should you. In fact, this habit should be as much a part of your morning ritual as showering. Here's what I recommend packing into your cooler:
— An apple (to eat as a morning snack)
— Two slices of cheese (to eat with the apple)
— A 500- to 600-calorie portion of leftovers (for your lunch)
— A premixed protein shake or a pint of milk (for your afternoon snack)
By using this approach, you'll keep your body well fed and satisfied throughout the day without overeating. You'll also provide your body with the nutrients it needs for your workout, no matter what time you exercise. Just as important, you'll be much less likely to be tempted by the office candy bowl. In fact, my personal rule is simple: I don't eat anything that's not in the cooler.
5. Exercise the right way
Everyone has abs, even if people can't always see them because they're hidden under a layer of flab. That means you don't need to do endless crunches to carve out a six-pack. Instead, you should spend most of your gym time burning off blubber.
The most effective strategy is a one-two approach of weight-lifting and high-intensity interval training. According to a recent University of Southern Maine study, half an hour of pumping iron burns as many calories as running at a 6-minute-per-mile pace for the same duration. (And it has the added benefit of helping you build muscle.) What's more, unlike aerobic exercise, lifting has been shown to boost metabolism for as long as 39 hours after the last repetition. Similar findings have been noted for intervals, which are short, all-out sprints interspersed with periods of rest.
For the best results, do a total-body weight-training workout 3 days a week, resting at least a day between sessions. Then do an interval-training session on the days in between. To make it easy on you, I've created the ultimate fat-burning plan, which appears on this month's workout poster..
6. Skip the late shows
You need sleep to unveil your six-pack. That's because lack of shut-eye may disrupt the hormones that control your ability to burn fat. For instance, University of Chicago scientists recently found that just 3 nights of poor sleep may cause your muscle cells to become resistant to the hormone insulin. Over time, this leads to fat storage around your belly.
To achieve a better night's sleep, review your goals again 15 minutes before bedtime. And while you're at it, write down your plans for the next day's work schedule, as well as any personal chores you need to accomplish. This can help prevent you from lying awake worrying about tomorrow ("I have to remember to e-mail Johnson"), which can cut into quality snooze time.

It has not been an easy task, right from the start up, that was on March last year.
But when comes to the ideas and objectives on thsi company, it has been almost fours now that we have been working on it.
Now, along the way we have had alot of setback, and some of those setback are as following.
1: Focus
the ability to choose from the adversiy of ideas we have been having along the way, and to see which one is the best to stik on.
2: Getting the job done.
One of the challenge we do face in trying to make thing happen is the fear of loosign..
Must of the when we start something, and face life challenges, it becomes clare for some that they can't or aren't meant for it.
Ok for today, I will stop here.

Dear Friend
I hope you are fine today!
Well, today I’m starting my first discussion title: The Rest Is Up to You.
Let me start from this simple but impressive story, of a couple that leaves in south side of Chicago, with their two sons.
Mr. X was born form terrible families that abuse him in his teenage age, therefore he end up becoming a criminal that he couldn’t even see his children grow up, for the fact that most of his life time he spent it in prison.
While on the other hand Mrs. X was a kind of wife that after her husband was convicted of crimes and sentence to many years of imprisonment, became a drunk addict that she couldn’t take care of her own kids.
Now, here are some questions:
1. What do you think could be the future of the two kids, growing up in such kink of situation?
2. Imagine yourself being in the same situation, what will be your reaction toward yourself, friends, people you meet eveyday, and your perception of what life coud be for you?
As soon as I get an answer from you, we will then move on discussing what happened to the two boys.
Thanks
Take care now

THE PAINS THAT SHAPED MY LIFE
INTRODUCTION
Let me start by saying this that, we all have dreams and want to believe deep down that we are so special, that somehow in our lives we can make a difference, make a mark that cannot be araise, and that we can touch our families, friends, and other people in some special ways.
Some times in our lives we have ideas of what we really want and deserve. But as soon as we face life’s challenges, we set our aspirations aside, forget that we have to change and chap future, lose the confidence and hope we once had.
In this book, it will be my duty to remind you that, people just like you and me. That whatever it takes to change anything lies sleeping within us. What we just need is to wake it up so as to bring our dreams back to life, starting from today.
In this book I will give you some simple tools that can truly assist you in making this happen. Most of you will guess is about positive thinking, well that’s not what I intend to show you, even though positive thinking is a great start since you want to focus on how to turn things around, focus on solutions rather than how things are so wrong.
But positive thinking alone isn’t enough to turn you life around, what is most important is what we all call.
Strategies: some step-by-step plans for changing how your think, how you feel, and what you do every single day that you are alive.
Let me say here, that anything we want to see improved in our lives, almost all the changes we want to make falls into one or two factors:
I. We may want to change the way we feel about things, and have more confidence to overcome our fears, walk out of frustration, and feel happy or better about our present and past happenings.
II. We want to change our actions, to do something different such as to quit procrastination. But the problem is that although every one want to make these changes, very few people know how to produce a change and make it last.
In this book, I’d like to suggest you some simple principles that will get you started in the direction of making positive change on a consistent basis.
I’m not promising you the world out of this one little book, but I believe that you can absolutely take control and begin to change the quality of your life using some simple steps-by-steps principles that you will learn in the following pages.
You will also be able to apply these simple principles into helping you family, friends, or any situation you may be facing right now.
Now permit me to inform you that, if you are up for a real change, what is necessary to make this work for you is to begin to believe that it’s possible to change, and to turn around any situation you are willing to change.
That the past doesn’t matter. Whatever hasn’t worked in the past has nothing to do with what you will do today to make it work.
What you do right now is what will shape your destiny, by just focusing on solutions instead of beating yourself for what happened bad.
Are you willing to begin the journey? Then let’s get started, by understanding what to do from where we are right now….

I'm originally from Minnesota, spent four years in Ohio as an officer in the Air Force (flew a desk!), and the last seven years working in the aircraft industry in Wichita. I'm easy-going, comfortable interacting with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, enjoy trying and learning new things, and am something of an antique and art collector. Physically, I'm tall, broad shouldered, and keep in shape.
Currently I am a propulsion systems engineer for a major business jet manufacturer. It's a good place to work (to me at least! :o)), the aircraft are amazing, and the customers are very interesting - especially the owner / operators; anyone who can afford a $2 to $20 million airplane for themselves has to have an interesting story!
Who I'd like to meet:
Generally, I'd like to meet interesting, active people for friends / networking - people who are intelligent, accomplished, talented, at least somewhat ambitious, open-minded, and can carry on a stimulating conversation. Drop me a note, I'm probably not going to add someone without getting to know them first.
P.S. It might take me a little while to get back to anyone who writes, I tend find ways to fill up my day even if there isn't much going on.

After reading this letter if you feel like dicussing about it, please add my on your msn: olgao@live.com
When a Friend came into my life
Your response will be interesting. Pay attention to what you read. After you have finished reading it, you will know the reason it was sent to you. Here goes: People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.
They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.
Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.
Because some people come into your life for ONE PARTICULAR SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.
Thank you for been my Friend.

2. Imagine yourself being in the same situation, what will be your reaction toward yourself, friends, people you meet eveyday, and your perception of what life coud be for you?
As soon as I get an answer from you, we will then move on discussing what happened to the two boys.
Thanks
Take care now
